These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with SmartBooks.pk website and Smart Books software (the "Service") operated by BAILSSOFT ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
With our 30-day free trial, you can implement our software with no obligation. If you're not happy after 30 days, do nothing. If you decide to continue, our team will contact you for payment.
To purchase any service, we may ask for info like company name, contact number, and billing address. You confirm all provided info is correct and authorize us to use it for processing. Orders may be cancelled for various reasons including suspected fraud.
Our offerings may contain errors or be inaccurate. We reserve the right to update information and correct inaccuracies at any time without notice.
Promotions may have separate rules. If they conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules apply.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for your password and account activity. Inappropriate usernames are prohibited.
All content and features of the Service are owned by Smart Books and its licensors. Use of our trademarks requires written consent.
We may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or policies. Please review their terms separately.
We provide excellent support to help clients maximize the use of Smart Books. Support includes issue resolution and ongoing consultation.
Your data is secure with Smart Books. We back up data frequently and do not share personal information unless required by law.
You can cancel your support anytime. Full refund is applicable if cancelled by BAILSSOFT within 15 days. Otherwise, support will be charged per session if the client opts out of ongoing support.
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service without notice for any reason, including breach of Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.
Full payment is due after implementation and agreement on pricing. Unless cancelled, services will be billed on a recurring basis. Payments accepted via cash, check, IBT.
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of payment, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any unenforceable provision will not affect the rest of the agreement.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we’ll try to provide 30 days’ notice. What constitutes a material change is up to us.

BAILSSOFT is not responsible for damages your business may suffer. No warranties are made, express or implied. We recommend customers back up their own data regularly.
We may cancel services with 24 hours’ notice if a customer is found to have communicated in a rude or vulgar manner.
